Like who cared about Xtros chargebacks ? I mean its her money, she wants them back where she felt it was her fault for donating for something that didnt want or let her down. (Now thats another story)
Note: I believe you can make big deal from that Pey, people who donate are not allowed to ask for their money back, i think thats against law. talk to your lawyer about it.

As of all those chargebacks, it doesnt realy matter what they have done, or what they are doing.
All YOU doing is putting more attention to their side. More you talk about them the more popular they will be.
Instead of closing those topics about Them, you making ur own topics. (thats just pheil, from my point of view)

You want your community, to love you, to respect you and your staff. then support them when they need it.
Not when its critical. You let it go this far to take actions, where its already to late do anything bout it.

This is just my point of you, im not suggesting, im not telling you what to do, its just i had to post it, whether you like it or not, but its truth that most of us know. even tho we dont let it out.
